How do we store and protect your personal information at Baby Hive?
Baby Hive stores your personal information securely electronically, via the Cliniko cloud-based practice management software. Cliniko employs robust security measures to protect client date, including date encryption, regular backups, and compliance with industry standards. Passkeys and two-factor authentication add an extra security layer.
Cliniko securely processes payments through its integration with Stripe. All transactions are encrypted to ensure client data remains protected and secure during the payment process and are made directly from the website to Stripe. Cliniko does not store or have any access to any client payment information. Payments are made through a secure online payment page powered by Stripe, where payment details can be made.
